New School Uniform

We are pleased to share our slightly amended school uniform for September 2026. Please see the images below for both our Primary and Secondary uniform options. We are simplifying the uniform and whilst we understand that changes take time to implement, there will be a transition period to support families with this. In essence we are removing the blazer but keeping the option of a purple fleece for the seniors.

CORRECT school uniform must be worn at all times.

Primary Department

Boys Uniform  Girls Uniform 
  • Grey sweatshirt with new emblem 
  • Purple polo shirt 
  • Dark grey trousers or school shorts 
  • Plain dark socks
  • Black shoes 
  • As the boys or dark grey skirt 
  • Purple striped or check summer dress
         

Primary PE KIT

  • Black tracksuit bottoms or black shorts (no logo)
  • Plain white T-shirt (no logo)
  • A pair of pumps
  • for winter months, Navy or Black tracksuit and trainers (with non-marking soles). 
  • PE bags - £1.50

Secondary Department

The Primary uniform remains unchanged; however, for the seniors there will be a choice of either a round neck or V-neck jumper, allowing some flexibility while maintaining a smart and consistent appearance.

For example:

  • If your child prefers to wear a polo shirt without a jumper of cardigan, the polo shirt must have the school logo on.
  • If your child prefers to wear a jumper, cardigan or fleece, this must have the school logo, and the polo shirt underneath can be plain (e.g. from a supermarket).
  • If your child is in the Secondary Department and would like to wear a shirt and clip-on tie, a V-neck jumper might be more appropriate.
  • During the summer term (Easter to July), learners may also opt to wear a purple gingham summer dress (no logo).

To help keep costs to a minimum for families, no more than three items of your child’s uniform must include the school logo (to clarify, the school logo must be visible with whichever option the learner chooses).

 

Secondary PE KIT

  • Black tracksuit bottoms or black shorts (no logo)
  • Plain white T-shirt (no logo)
  • Trainers essential
  • If a member of the school football team, football boots and shin pads will have to be worn.

Swimming kit - pupils require trunks or swim shorts (boys), swimming costumes (girls) and a towel.  It is also a requirement of the pool that pupils wear a swimming hat (school can provide these if necessary).  

 

Optional Leavers' Uniform - If desired pupils in Year 11 may wear a leavers hoodie (purchased from school - they are optional)

Sixth Form Uniform - Black sixth form hoodies with the logo (purchased from school - they are optional)

Jewellery / Hair - Neither girls or boys are allowed to wear necklaces, rings or earrings. Hair bands, ribbons and slides must be of a suitable colour.  Hairstyles must not be of an extreme nature. Children with long hair should have it tied back/up when in school.

Personal Objects e.g. mobile phones, iPods/iPads, PSPs/Game Consoles should not be brought into school – we cannot be responsible for any damage or loss – if they do bring them into school they must be locked in the class stock cupboards and collected at the end of the school day. Failure to comply with this policy will lead to pupils being asked to leave technology at home.

ALL Secondary pupils must wear a tie if they have chosen the formal uniform.

ALL articles must be named.
